• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, and/or Geotechnical Engineer ;
• Professional engineering designation (PEO) is required;
• More than 10 years of relevant experience;
• Leadership, flexibility and ability to work on various projects;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Business development skills;
• Autonomy and Initiative;
• Strong interpersonal skills. 

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project management, developing concrete and soils laboratory, business development, client liaison, proposal and report preparation, leading and mentoring junior engineering and technical staff.
