Roofing Technician (Permanent Position) - Montreal

Requirements
Architectural or Civil Engineering diploma or certificate; minimum 3 years of relevant experience; excellent time management skills; ASP construction card; strong communication skills; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.

Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting engineers with the investigations related to  infiltrations; assisting designers in the preparation of plans and specifications for the repair and replacement of sealing systems, carrying out surveillance work on waterproofing and building envelope; monitoring field work, producing daily reports; participating in meetings; making research for technical information on standards, methods and products.
